To participate in a swim program, the child must be the eligible age by December 31, 2020. Parents are asked not to stay in the pool area during swim lessons except for the Tots and Adults class. combines great music with movement. This program is designed to be very inclusive and is a unique
sensorimotor experience that appeals to many people who aren’t inspired by traditional sports or other
group fitness activities. The aim of this class is to create a fun and inclusive environment where everyone,
families, individuals with and without disabilities, people of all ages, shapes and sizes - can indulge in the
joy of movement together and reap the physical, mental, social, and emotional benefits of physical activity.
