                                                                                            projects. First, the £7m Phase 1 mall refurbishment of the SQ shopping
                                                                                            centre following the purchase by the Council in 2018 where Montagu
                                                                                            Evans delivered an integrated Development Management and Asset
                                                                                            Management service. Second, Montagu Evans led a multi-disciplinary
                                                                                            team delivering a detailed planning consent for a £35m residential led
                                                                                            project, comprising a vacant 50,000 sq ft town centre office building
                                                                                            and former BHS store. The scheme has delivered 140 residential units,
                                                                                            35,000 sq ft of commercial space and improved public realm.
