NEXION ’s core assets are its OneCloud network, compute and
storage nodes that deliver highly profitable recurring revenue
streams on a global scale.

▪ NEXION OneCloud nodes integrate with public cloud zones to help customer migration from in-house
  computer assets to pure infrastructure-as-a-service but offer local private cloud and security in region.   Annual Revenue

W1 DC – Belmont, WA

The NEXION Networks W1 DC underpins our national
OneCloud network and provides core switching
capabilities with all of Australia’s national carriers. The
Perth location makes it a strategic point of cross-connect
into the Asian market via the recently deployed, low-cost
sub-sea cables to Singapore.

▪ The Belmont facility was acquired from Datacom in 2018;
▪ The datacenter has a rated capacity of 3MW in a N+1 configuration that supports up to 220 IT racks;
▪ Written down value of the W1 assets is $6.1M at FY2020;
▪ NEXION Networks has no investor debt and 100% ownership of the facility assets;
▪ Land and building leased from a private owner on a 5 + 5 term at market rates.
▪ 100% customer retention since we took management of the facility
▪ ISO27001 Re-certified in 2020
