Born from an idea to put the customer first, the Jetts
franchise model revolutionised the Australian fitness

As first to market with 24/7 access,

as member friendly policies, Jetts
revolutionised the fitness industry by
making health and fitness available to
more people than ever before.
Founded in 2007 by husband and wife, Brendon and Cristy
Levenson, the first Jetts opened its doors in Helensvale
on the Gold Coast, Queensland. The second gym was
opened six weeks later by Chris and Carly Evans, the
first franchise owners to join Jetts.
Following incredible growth both within Australia and
globally, Jetts was acquired by Quadrant in 2016, which
formed Fitness and Lifestyle Group; Asia Pacific’s leading
health and wellness group. Fitness and Lifestyle Group’s
portfolio of globally recognised brands also includes
Fitness First Australia, Goodlife Health Clubs Australia,
Barry’s Bootcamp Asia-Pacific, California Fitness & Yoga,
California Centuryon, Yoga Plus, UFC Gym and ERI

Since then, Jetts has expanded to become a market

Jetts has always been a leader in the 24/7, convenient gym
space and with our excellent culture and customer
service we have retained a strong position in the market.

We learned through our research that our
new customers were wanting more and
this presented us with an opportunity for
further growth in a mature market.
The Jetts of the future will still retain all of the great
attributes that make us who we are today but we will also
be adapting our offering to take advantage of this exciting
time of change in the global fitness market driven by this
new generation of gym users.
The Jetts Training Gym means that we are inviting all of
the gyms to join us on our mission to help the most amount
of members get in the best shape of their lives in the least
amount of time and to do it in the Jetts Way. We believe
that with these guard rails in place we will be able to build
a new more relevant Jetts for our customers.
We will be developing new products and services over the
coming years that help the most amount of our members.
That means that we will focus on what will move the
masses and not be distracted by products that will only
appeal to the few. We will also only take on products or
services that are proven to get members results and not
be drawn into fitness fads. We will also ensure that we
remember that Jetts is all about being time efficient,
we know our members don’t want to spend hours in
the gym. And everything we do must be done in the
Jetts Way, remembering our values and our commitment
to good profit.

As we enhance the Jetts Training Gym
concept, we will be washing all of our
decisions about products and services
through this mission statement.
Will it get many members results?
Is it proven to get results? Is it time
efficient? Does it fit with the Jetts Values
and culture?
We will be focusing on three areas to become a results
based training gym: exercise, nutrition and mind. We know
that most members who leave us, do so because they don’t
achieve the results they desire. This is often through a lack
of knowledge or support in knowing what to do in the gym
to achieve their results. Jetts has never been known for
offering high levels of support of members unless they
engage with one of our awesome Personal Trainers.
We also know that clients of PT's do achieve the best
results of all, that’s no surprise when you consider the
amount of support and guidance they offer to their client.
We will be focusing on three areas to become a results
based training gym: exercise, nutrition and mind.
