WITH The annual Halloween Trail is scheduled for Saturday,

Central Park (across from City Hall). This year’s Halloween
celebration will provide a fun-filled evening for preschool
through middle-school aged youth. The trail will begin at the lower
level of the Shamrock Animal Hospital parking lot (The Warehouse
Fitness Center) on Highway 3 (South Robert Trail), wind its way
through Central Park, and exit on 145th Street West. Go to

FEATURING “THE WAR WITH GRANDPA”
Join Rosemount Parks and Recreation for “Reels
on Wheels”, a drive-in style movie event. We will be
featuring the “War With Grandpa”, starring Robert
Di Niro and Uma Thurman. This movie is rated
PG. The parking lot will open at 5:30pm. Vehicles
will not be admitted after 7:15pm or when full.
Vehicles will need to stay for the entire movie. Par-
ticipants are encouraged to stay in their cars, but
if you do leave your vehicle, be respectful of those
around you. Portable toilets will be available.

2021 SCARECROW DECORATING CONTEST

CONFIRMATION: Letters are not sent confirming your registration. Assume you are in the program you register for

CANCELLATIONS: We reserve the right to cancel an activity if registrations are insufficient. Minimum/maximum
requirements are set for each program. If an activity is cancelled, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive
a full refund.
REFUND POLICY: Registration fees for programs cancelled by the Parks and Recreation Department or cancelled by
the participant prior to the registration deadline will be fully refunded. Due to circumstances beyond our control,
there are no refunds for certain preregistered programs.
FEE ASSISTANCE: Limited funds are available to Rosemount residents for financial assistance to participate in recre-
