ORGANIZATION
• PROM Manager Provides Direction and Overall Management
• GCCA Staff Manager
• Liaison with Prom Mgr., Troubleshoots problems, concerns, etc.
• Tent Captain
• Manages volunteers, sign in/sign out sheets, breaks and training.
• Group/Team Leaders
• Coordinate team and funnel questions/issues to GCCA manager

• Order Taking & Register Operation

• Volunteer Lot @ Turner Field for “PROM Volunteers”

• Arrive at Turner Field at least 30 minutes early
• Volunteers Check In @ PROM Tent Near Drop-Off
• Volunteers Must Sign In & Out @ Assigned Tent
• Attire:
• Khakis or Similar Pants, Shorts or Skirts
• Light Colour Sleeved Shirt or GCCA shirt
• Pre-approved Organization Logo’ed Shirt
• Slip resistant closed toed shoes
• Meals/Breaks:
• Meals & Breaks Are Provided At Any Tent
• Food*, Snacks & Beverage Are Free
• Player Schedule & Tent Location Will Dictate Timing

• GCCA is one of 4 Charities staffing concessions at the PGA
• Our TEAM is responsible for the efficient operation of concessions at
the 3rd Fairway, 7th Green and 17th Food Court
• Under the direction of the PROM Tent Manager, our objective is to self
organize the Tent Teams for efficient and effective service delivery
• Unexpected opportunities will arise that require our Team to Problem

General Parking Directions
ALL PARKING IS FREE and AT TURNER FIELD
The VOLUNTEER shuttle will take you to and from the golf course.
Directions to Turner Field:
From the NORTH take I-75 and I-85 to I-75/85, or GA 400 to I-75/85. Exit
at Fulton Street and follow the signs to Turner Field parking.
From the SOUTH take I-75 and I-85 to I-75/85 and exit at Fulton Street.
Follow the signs to Turner Field parking.
From the EAST take I-20 west to Capitol Avenue or Highway 78 to I-285
South to I-20 west to Capitol Avenue. Proceed south to Turner Field,
following signs for Turner Field parking.
From the WEST take I-20 to exit No. 22 (Windsor Street) and proceed
south to Fulton Street, following the signs for Turner Field parking.SHUTTLE TIMES: (Shuttles stop 1-hour after end of play)

Spectators, employees and volunteers will not be allowed on shuttle buses,
through the admission gates or on the course with the following items:
Cellular phones or noise-producing pagers
Backpacks or Bags (larger than a small purse or fanny pack)
Banner or Signs
Cameras or Camcorders (other than Monday through Wednesday without cases)
Televisions or Radios
Food or Beverage
Containers or coolers
Lawn or folding chairs
Weapons (regardless of permit), and any other items deemed unlawful or
dangerous
If you have any of these items they will be confiscated by Security or PGA officials
and returned upon exiting the tournament.SUMMARY
• GCCA is a non-profit whose mission is to support children, non-offending
family and law enforcement in sexual and physical abuse cases
• Our volunteers represent these children and are charged with spreading
awareness and education about GCCA and our goals
• Presenting a professional image of GCCA includes arriving early, dressing
appropriately, cooperating with PROM and delivering excellent customer
service
• Provide personal development opportunity through Volunteer Team Building
resulting in satisfaction that abused children are your beneficiaries
• Purpose – To maximize the Charitable Contribution from PROM by filling as
many Full Shifts and selling as much product as possible.
• Goal – Establish a permanent relationship that will deserve your ongoing
physical, financial and ideological supportQ&A/FAQ
• Your support results in a $10,000 to $12,000+ contribution from PROM/PGA.
• Shuttle service runs between Turner Field and East Lake Golf Club all day.
• Cell phones are allowed but must be used in designated areas.
• Volunteers with special dietary requirements can bring their own food.
• If an emergency arises please notify your Team Captain or GCCA contact.
• Accompanied minors may volunteer with prior approval from GCCA
• Photos of teams and tent crews are permitted prior to the first group of
players reaching your location.
• Tipping is accepted but cannot be overtly advertised. PROM understands
that tips support GCCA’s mission. PGA officials will monitor compliance.
• Any issue arising between a volunteer and PROM must be reported
immediately to GCCA management for resolution.
• We have never had an accident or injury at the PGA. I Release is required for
GCCA’s liability insurance purposes. Please continue to practice Safe
Service.
