Market Capitalization, Share Value & Volume On the PlayerSwap Stock market, we have thousands of athletes from various Sporting Codes. Each player has a specific, and varying Market Value. Based on the Sporting Code, we will be using their Market Value, Ranking, Net worth, Yearly Income, Winnings, and/ or a combination of these to calculate their IPO (Initial price offering). The IPO is the price of an Athlete’s share when they enter the market for the first time, as well as to establish how many shares of each player will be released - this will allow us to create sufficient supply to meet demand, as well as keep stability of the market. The total number of shares allocated to each athlete will vary based on what metrics are used. The Team Our team is made up of a few key members, 5 of which, being extremely specialised individuals. The whole team has been assembled strategically in order to allow for a mix of competence in all fields needed for the success of this project. Experience and track records were the main criteria. Our 1st Co-founding member has been involved in the betting industry for many years, having worked in senior positions for the likes of Betway, and various other betting companies throughout his career. Having a 360 degree of the industry, his experience allows him to bring various innovative concepts to the table. What you know, and who you know make the world of difference when it comes to estab- lishing partnerships, sponsorships, collaborations, affiliate programs and exclusive rights. All of which, he is extremely capable of putting together. Our 2nd member is a higly experienced marketing specialist, having worked with global brands such as Microsoft, Hyundai, Glenfiddich, Lindt, DELL, Corona and more, as well as having been part of 2 crypto start-up companies from the onset, over the last 3 years. This gives us the edge when it comes to token & app marketing as well as brand awareness. Our 3rd member is our main dev who specialises in blockchain technology. He works as a freelancer and has done so for the last 6 years. His experience has allowed him to be on the advisory board for various blockchain start-ups and fortunately he is now a founding member of the team. Our 4th member has been involved in the betting industry as well as the financial trading sector for the last 8 years.
