Hazy India Pale Ale
Ithaca Beer is excited to introduce Every Day Haze,
a juicy, fruity and deceptively smooth hazy IPA.
Brewed with a dynamic combination of complex
aromatic hops, Every Day Haze boasts a uniquely
tropical citrus depth. True to the East Coast-style,
Every Day Haze is soft and creamy on the palate and
gets its light haze and silky mouthfeel from healthy
additions of wheat and oats.

Our smooth wheat beer is light in color and body…perfect for those looking for a
lighter taste. The combination of wheat and barley gives Apricot Wheat a different
malt character than our other ales. The hint of apricot gives this beer a pleasant nose
and fruity finish.

Our ginger beer is highlighted by the mild and zesty spice of fresh hand-
sliced ginger root and balanced by natural cane sugar.
Ithaca Ginger Beer can be enjoyed on its own or as part of a classic cocktail
such as a “Moscow Mule.”
Ingredients: Carbonated water, pure cane sugar, natural ginger flavor, lemon
juice, ginger root, phosphoric acid, sodium benzoate, citric acid.
Bell’s Best Brown Ale
A smooth, toasty beer that offers hints of cocoa and caramel.
Brewed with American hops, Best Brown™ is well-balanced and
bridges the gap between lighter-bodied beers and malty stouts. The
owl hopefully agrees (you never know with owls).

Imperial Pumpkin
This 8.0% ABV pumpkin ale is the mother of all pumpkin ales. ... It is
heartier, spicier and more “caramelly” and “pumpkiny” than its faint
brethren! We have added lots of pumpkin along with cinnamon,
nutmeg and a touch of cardamom and clove, giving this beer a spicy,
full-bodied flavor.

Rich, malty, amber lager. The Vienna malt base creates a
biscuity backbone and the melanoiden malt delivers a hint of

Two of our favorite ingredients come together in the
brewhouse; pungent American hops and delicious
wheat malt. This Hazy IPA is double dry-hopped (a
combination of Mosaic, Citra, Azacca, Amarillo and El
Dorado hops) resulting in complex peach, stone fruit
and tropical notes with a dry finish and balanced
bitterness. A refined beer for those who love hops and
for those who prefer wheat beers. Go ahead and make it

Orange Ave. Wit
A Little Bit of Belgium in SoCal.
This So-Cal take on a traditional witbier honors
Coronado’s main street, which is home to our brewpub
and was once lined with orange trees. Bolstered by
orange zest, coriander and orange blossom honey, it’s
Belgium by way of Coronado. Expect a refreshing, light-
bodied brew rife with citrus zing and a hint of earthy
spice.

Blackberry Lemonade Radler
Our 2020 Art Series features photography submitted by our Instagram fans.
The second winner of our 2020 contest is Brendan Garcia — a San Diego-
based photographer focusing on surf & athletic photography. Garcia’s photo
submission was the inspiration for the beer’s name — Electric Sunset.
Electric Sunset is a not-so-traditional Radler brewed with lemon juice,
blackberry puree, and elderflower. Reminiscent of summer afternoons at the
lemonade stand, it’s slightly tart, a little sweet, and delightfully floral.
Electric Sunset is the last in a series of two beers in the 2020 Art Series. We’re
proud to be supporting emerging artists whose roots perfectly align with our
#staycoastal lifestyle.
Troegs Lucky Holler
Hazy IPA
For this soft and juicy IPA, we explore the intersection of Simcoe, Citra and the
Australian hop Galaxy. Through endless small-batch trials and a little luck, we
discovered that this hop combination delivers bright waves of ripe pineapple
and tropical gummies on the nose, layered with notes of juicy citrus and ripe
passionfruit. It’s a hazy, hoppy harvest ale that’s so good you’ll wanna holler!
We taste: tropical pineapple, citrus, passionfruit
