    Why Zoom?
In an abundance of caution, we’ll continue to
use Zoom for all of our Spring
    classes. Zoom is a simple,
    online meeting platform. These
are video calls where we can
all see one another as a way
to have an in-person class even
if we’re at work or at home.

Wait... What Did You Say? Everything You Need to Know About
Attention Deficit Disorder!
Dr. Richard Goldwasser
Do you get easily distracted? Do you find yourself jumping from task to task but never finishing
anything? Do you forget things because you get focused on something else? This class, taught by
a clinical psychologist/specialist in the area of Attention Deficit Disorder, will help you understand
ADD/ADHD in both adults and children: signs and symptoms, related disorders, diagnosis, and
management. So many people suffer from ADD and its symptoms, including the inability to stay
focused and on task, the course will go over its impact on both work and personal relationships
and offer practical advice and strategies to modify behavior and manage symptoms.
3/15 6:30-8:30 pm
Zoom Fee: $25

Dr. Richard Goldwasser
Prior to relocating to Chicago in 2000, Dr. Goldwasser was a school
psychologist,a clinical psychologist, and the founder and director
of a multi-discipline stress management clinic. His vast amount of
experience in the area of ADHD includes: his doctoral dissertation
which explored “The Use of Biofeedback and other Modalities in the
Treatment of Attention Deficit Disorders”; evaluating and diagnosing
well over 1,500 children and adults; development of “BEEP”, the
Behavioral, Educational, Emotional Program for ADD children and,
for two decades, lecturing to parents, educators and therapists on
understanding and meeting the needs of the Attention Deficit Child. Self-diagnosed in
graduate school as having attention deficit disorder, Dr. Goldwasser also treats adults with
ADD/ADHD. He presently has a private practice in downtown Chicago and an office in
Lincolnshire.

An Elephant Never Forgets... But I Do!
Techniques, Tricks, and a New Mindset to Improve Your Memory
Dr. Richard Goldwasser
Many of us, young and old, have a less-than-adequate memory. Stop being embarrassed about it
and stop thinking you can’t do anything about it. Sure, you’ll never have the photographic memory
that someone you know has. But he or she also remembers every insult and second place they
ever got in their life! Spend an evening learning great memory techniques that will allow you to
easily remember at least 10 items every time you go shopping, where you parked in a 7 story
garage, how to tie faces to names, how to respond when you’re in an embarrassing situation and
your techniques aren’t working (and you can’t remember your neighbor’s name or child’s date of
birth when you’re filling out a medical form) and learn all sorts of exercises that will allow you to
function measurably better than before you took this workshop.

     Certificate in Data Analysis
Data Analysis is quickly becoming one of the most sought-after skills in the workplace. Companies
have vast amounts of data, but it is rare to have someone with the ability to analyze that data
to see trends and make predictions. Add a whole new skill set to your portfolio, and make a big
difference in the success of your organization by acquiring data analysis skills.
Begin with getting a basic understanding of how to analyze data in a business setting. Then learn
how many of your business decisions involve comparing groups for differences.
