General Price List Prices effective January 1, 2022
Prices effective January 1, 2022 and are subject to change without notice. The goods and services shown below are those we can
provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you
select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy
any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods
and services you selected. This list does not include prices for certain items you may ask us to buy for you,
such as cemetery services, flowers and newspaper notices. The prices for those items will be shown on your bill or the statement of
funeral goods and services selected.
Prior to drafting any contract for goods or services, the responsible party or the decedent’s survivor who is handling the funeral
arrangements is entitled to receive a copy of any preneed agreement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been
signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the decedent.

Our funeral home is a small business and like many others in our community, out of necessity, we operate on a cash
basis, relying upon the families we serve for prompt payment. We do not have sufficient financial resources to extend
credit over a period of months or years, nor does law allow us to fulfill the functions of a bank or other lending institution.
Therefore, payment is expected 24 Hours prior to the rendering of Service. If payment in full is not completed at time
designated, services will be postponed and rescheduled once complete payment has been made.
We encourage your frank discussion of these matters with your funeral director, and we will attempt to assist you in any
way possible.
Payment Options
Payment with cash or check.
Payment with an approved Credit Card.
Pre-paid funeral arrangements with Foothill Funeral & Cremation, subject to verification the policy is
valid.
Assignment of Insurance Proceeds (Financed by American Funeral Financial). Assignment of non-
contestable insurance policies can be financed through certain institutions as long as a known cause of
death is listed on the Death Certificate. The Financing Company usually charges a fee of up to 5% of
amount assigned. As an accommodation to the family, the Financing Company will make the
funeral/cemetery expense payment directly to the mortuary usually within 7 to 10 working days after all
information is verified and received.
* Due to the complexity and time involved, we are unable to accept payment from estates.
Funeral Packages
Burial and Cremation Packages available with package discounts. Packages include casket, floral
pieces and funeral stationary.
COVID-19 DEATHS - PROCEDURE/HANDLING
In accordance with the CDC and Los Angeles Health Department beggining June 15th 2021 masks
are not required for fully vaccinated individuals OUTDOORS. Masks will still be required for indoor
gatherings inside chapels and churches per Funeral Home and Church Policies. All Decedents who
are confirmed COVID-19 positive will be placed in a BioSeal System5, which is a heavy duty, fully
hermetic Bio- Safety Level 4 (BSL-4) Containment body bag. It is comprised of a proprietary co-
laminated flexible metal material that is heat-sealed with the BioSeal Hand-Held Thermosealer to

Standard Transportation within a 25-mile radius with one attendant included, if additional attendant is needed, such as at a residence or at certain nursing facilities there is an
additional fee of $75 for a second attendant.
