Welcome to the E3/DC-world
of electrifying concepts
Coming out of the german automotive industry, the origins of E3/DC were in complete vehicles engineering
and in electric car development. Founded in 2010 as a spin-off from the Wilhelm Karmann Osnabrück, E3/DC
started as inverter manufacturer and energy management technology company.
Highly qualified engineers and software developers from Wilhelm Karmann, with many years of experience
within the sector of power electronics, now create technically long-lasting solutions for efficient and CO2 neu-
tral technology. The goal is complete independence from fossil fuel and energy price for the individual.
We create a maximum of independence from oil and gas. We connect the sectors of electricity, heat and mobility.
Based on automotive technology our systems also compensate electrical blackouts by providing a rechargeable
island mode. We call it TriLINK®. Our solar and battery inverters are a specific technology for high system effi-
ciency, as the integration of the energy management and battery is a contribution to perfection, sustainability
and investment security.
Our philosophy is to develop german power electronics and german software technologies in order to fulfill
new customer requirements and options. E3/DC decides future benchmarks. In 2017 E3/DC was the most
recommend brand in Germany.

The world becomes electric
To ensure a maximum of supply independence, the electricity, heat and the mobility sector needs to be
interconnected efficiently. This requires systems that are able to connect all different energy sources and
energy consumer units among each other within a building and thus manage the flow of electricity efficient-
ly by a minimum loss. We therefore develop decentralized, high-quality energy storage systems for electricity
storage and distribution within the house, as well as wallboxes for charging electric vehicles.
