The Director of Hard Core Security & Investigation Services has extensive
experience in the security sector combined with management experience.
Mr. Sherwin Daniels worked 19 years within the security sector. Started in the
security field on a National Key Point Installation for a period of 2 years in
Kimberley responsible for operational aspects. Sherwin subsequently worked in the
operational field of cash-in-transit & was then promoted to Branch Security Offi cer
in Kimberley Fidelity. Promoted to Regional Training officer for the Free State
Region from 1995-1997.
Fidelity branches under Sherwin’s instruction were: Welkom, Bloemfontein,
Kimberley, Maseru, Mafikeng & Klerksdorp. Promoted to Branch Manager at the
Mafikeng cash-in-transit branch. Sherwin managed both the Mafikeng & Gaborone
cash-in-transit branches until 2007.

Hard Core Security and Investigation Services will endeavour to employ local la bour
and to utilize SMME’s within the districts / municipalities where its operations are
based (where applicable and when sourcing staff and/or for additional services).
Hard Core Security and Investigation Services currently employs more than 95%
local labour at its office in Kimberley and 100% local labour at its offi ce in George.
Hard Core undertake to employ in future, as well as adequately train, local labour.
