In this edition of Proprietas, the Xynergy Commercial team sheds some light in explaining how
the real estate trend may have a potential to shift to commercial investments, as well as
detailing the different types of commercial property and which one would suit you. In the last
few months we have been hard-pressed to avoid all the confusing doom and gloom stories
about the property market, thankfully, our Sales Manager Lisa explains how to remain
educated in a fluctuating market. As residential market softening in Melbourne the commercial
market is continuing to grow strong.

Although at a broad level dwelling values are still trending lower across the regions of Australia,
the pace of declines eased further in May, continuing a trend that has been evident since the
beginning of 2019. Nationally, dwelling values were down 0.4% in May, which was the smallest
month-on-month decline since May 2018. Good news for first home buyers as Australia’s
average housing affordability is the best it has been since 2016 with property in some cities and

RECENT XYNERGY EVENTS

Indonesian Satay Festival 2019

Xynergy Realty Oakleigh displayed a stall at the 2019 Indonesian Stay Festival displaying our current
projects. Approximately 300 people attended the event celebrating Indonesian Culture and Cuisine.
During the event, there were performances by various Indonesian bands, speeches from the
Indonesian Consulate General, and from the City of Whitehorse.

Berkeley Group UK Projects Showcase

Xynergy Realty is working in collaboration with Berkeley Group to promote their apartment
developments in the United Kingdom. The event comprised of a short networking session and
continued to a spectacular presentation led by the Berkley Group. There was also a quiz at the end of

Docklands & Normanby Residences Display Suite Showcase

Xynergy Realty Oakleigh and Capital Alliance hosted an open house to display their projects to
Xynergy clients. The Senior Development Manager of Capital Alliance gave a short talk summering
both developments and the architect from DKO gave a short speech as well. Free food and drinks
were served, and clients and door prizes were given out at the end of the event.
