SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Delegate Bags                                                                       R15 000.00 incl. VAT
      Sponsors logo together with the ISSCT logo, will appear on the delegate bag/folder
      Bags will be distributed to all the delegates at the beginning of the congress
      Company logo to appear on the holding slides in the session venues
      Organising committee, will decide on style of bag

Delegate Bag Inserts                                                                    R2 000.00 incl. VAT
      Insert one (1) leaflet or information brochure into all congress bags
      Material must be provided by sponsors

Congress Lanyards                                                                       R2 500.00 incl. VAT
      Sponsoring company’s logo together with the congress logo to be printed on lanyards
      All delegates and exhibitors will wear lanyards at all times
      Organisers to source lanyards

Congress Delegate Pens                                                                  R1 000.00 incl. VAT
      Sponsoring company to provide x120 units
      Pens to be distributed to all delegates in the delegate bag
      Sponsoring company’s logo to appear on the holding slides in the session venues

      Sponsoring company will be able to display 3 pop up banners inside the social function venue
      Sponsoring company’s name and logo will be printed on the menu
      Complimentary admission for 4 guests or sponsoring company’s representatives
      Sponsoring company may insert 1x flyer into the delegate bag (Sponsor to supply)
      Company logo to appear on the holding slides in the session venues
      Mention of thanks at dinner to sponsoring copmany
      *Note accommodation for guests not included

Workshop Plenary Branding Rights – Engineering & Processing Workshops

                               R7,500 for one workshop;R12 000.00 combined (INCL. VAT)

Each stand (3m x 3m) includes the following:
        One standard trestle table
        X2 chairs
        Company logo in the programme booklet
        2 x Exhibitor registrations including tea & lunch daily
        Access to the workshops
        Please note accommodation not inclusive

What does the floor space refer to?
This means that most or all the infrastructure (electrics, floor-covering, exhibition stand, furniture and any other
requirements) need to be provided by you

Exhibition packages do NOT include:
        Transport and freight costs, storage, special materials, carpets or furnishing apart from what has been
        specified
        Telephone, computer and data lines
        Dedicated stand security (if required)
        Details regarding available freight forwarding, storage, furnishings etc. These will be provided to you in
        the exhibitors manual
        Dedicated ADSL connection
        Additional Trade Delegate registrations
        Daily Parking
        Extension cords

NB: Additional Exhibitors will need to register at the standard advertised rate

EXHIBITION SPACE ALLOCATION / CONFIRMATION POLICIES

       Exhibition space will only be confirmed once the exhibitor’s application form and payment has been
       received.

       The Exhibition space is allocated on a first come first serve basis.

       All exhibitors will be given a floor space stand. If you wish to build a custom stand (floor space only
       required), you are requested to notify the organisers of such to avoid unnecessary construction and
       delays during the build-up.

       All Custom stand builders are required to submit FULL stand designs and plans for sign off by the
       organisers and safety officer.

that your stand name cannot be longer than 17 letters for visual purposes.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.   SPONSORSHIP:
     1.1.     Sponsorship will only be confirmed on receipt of payment into the correct bank account as indicated on your invoice.

     1.2. Cancellation Policy
              Sponsors may cancel participation subject to the following conditions:

               1.2.1.       Written notification is required, addressed to the Sponsorship and Exhibition manager, stating the wish to
                            cancel as well as the reason for such cancellation.
               1.2.2.       Cancellations made 120 days prior to the start of the conference – 20% refund.
               1.2.3.       Cancellations made less than 120 days prior to the start of the conference – no refund, 100% non refundable.

2.   EXHIBITION:
     2.1. Rules & Regulations
             2.1.1         Your exhibition stand will only be confirmed on receipt of payment into the correct bank account as indicated
                           on your invoice.

              2.1.2          Whilst the organizer shall do everything within its power to ensure that the location of the stand within the
                             exhibition is as agreed in this contract, the organizer shall have the right to relocate the stand at their
                             discretion.

2.1.3           All exhibitors need to adhere to the exhibition venue’s standard rules and regulations as set out in the
                            exhibition manual.

    2.2. Cancellation Policy
             Exhibitors may cancel participation subject to the following conditions:
