damage; and
(ii) to ensure that animals do not create a nuisance,

(iii) to prevent pollution and other environmental
damage resulting from the keeping of animals and
to protect the amenity of the local environment; and
(iv) to ensure that animals are kept and used in a way
that is consistent with the rights and expectations
of the local community; and
(b) provide for—
(i) the proper control of animals in public places
and koala conservation areas; and
(ii) the management of dangerous animals other than
dogs; and
(iii) the seizure and destruction of animals in certain
circumstances; and
(c) regulate the breeding of cats and dogs; and
(d) provide for the establishment and administration of
animal pounds.

(b) amend the prohibition on the keeping of horses in the designated town area of Longreach so that the prohibition does
not apply in the stables precinct, as identified in the subordinate local law.

NOTICE TO VEST UNALLOCATED STATE LAND
Under the provision of section 125 of the Economic Development 19 July Shire of Yarrabah Cairns Annual Show
Act 2012 (the Act), the Minister for Economic Development
Queensland may declare that unallocated state land is vested in
the Minister for Economic Development Queensland (MEDQ). JARROD BLEIJIE
The unallocated state land vested in MEDQ is Lot 142 on
SP257141 being formerly part of the development lease to Lotteries Act 1997
MEDQ dated 19 December 2011 granted over Lot 142 on NOTIFICATION OF LOTTERIES RULE 2010 AMENDMENTS
SP257141 by the Department of Natural Resource and Mines.
Pursuant to section 121(2) of the Lotteries Act 1997 , I, Jarrod

Under the provisions of section 125(1)(b) of the Economic Heritage Register Decision
