expect to win as I was up against six other people
who have years of experience in the industry.

After joining AFI in 2011 as an apprentice I knew
then I wanted to develop my knowledge of the
business and grow with it so I feel it was my
determination.

I think this award is an achievement for AFI as well as
myself as I feel it’s testament to the high standard of
training all employees receive here at AFI.
