January 18, 2021 Sanatana Resources Inc. 15The less than 6MY old, mineral endowed South Solomon Subduction Zone The South Solomon Subduction Zone Is part of the Pacific Rim of Fire. It contains the Panguna - a world class Copper deposit and the Gold Ridge – a >3m ounce Gold deposit, as well as numerous other mineralized occurrences. Subduction commenced along the South Solomon Trench in Q2 2020 and has since been producing mineralized systems. Sanatana’s exploration paradigm is that due to the youth of this belt that the entire porphyry and epithermal system will be preserved and therefore will be hidden under a lithocap of highly altered rock. • Silica-rich fluids precipitating out at the water Au ppm
table or boiling zones forming a sinter is a
common feature of epithermal systems. They
are not often mineralized but can gap or sit to
the side, of mineralization.

These centres will be mapped as allowed by the new access given by the forestry access roads. 21Drilling for Copper, Finding Gold • Graphic log for drill hole TDD003, drilled in 2012 by AngloGold Ashanti. • The hole intersected 17m @ 1.45 g/t Au, hosted in illite/sericite altered (spectrally confirmed) bleached white basalts associated with arsenic up to 6800ppm, antimony 77ppm bismuth 7ppm, molybdenum 266ppm, and sulphur (>1%). The zone also shows lower magnetic susceptibility (magnetite destruction) and depleted Ni, Mg, Cr compared to the fresh basalt. • This indicates gold hosted in phyllic alteration with elements typical of high-level epithermal gold. • When exploring for gold Sanatana will concentrate on areas of coincident magnetite destruction, elevated elements including bismuth, antimony, molybdenum, sulphur, particularly arsenic, and depleted mafic elements. 1. Funded by CNE, Sanatana will obtain a letter of intent ("LOI") from the Ministry of Mining for the property to allow the
Company to negotiate land access and, with CNE personnel, to conduct an initial due diligence assessment. Completed.
2. Upon the property successfully meeting initial due diligence requirements, Sanatana will enter into negotiations with local
landowners allowing for a surface access agreement and for the Ministry to grant a prospecting license. Underway.
3. Upon the issuance of the prospecting license, a joint venture ("JV") will be formed between Sanatana and CNE on the
following terms:
• CNE can fund A$2,500,000 to Sanatana for exploration and upon completion CNE will earn a 51% working interest of the JV.
• CNE can fund a further A$5,000,000 to earn an additional 25% working interest of the JV.
• CNE can fund a further A$7,000,000 to earn an additional 16.5% working interest. Sanatana's 7.5% working interest can be
converted to a 1% net smelter returns royalty, subject to half being purchased by CNE for A$2,500,000 with a one-time right of
first refusal on the balance.
• Sanatana can charge a 10% management fee on funds expended on behalf of CNE.
