RULES AND REGULATIONS
This eventing competition is held under the rules and regulations of British Eventing.
Please ensure you know these and abide by them at all times. As per British Eventing
rule 3.31: The organiser has the power to cancel or divide any class or transfer
competitors between sections of a class, to alter the advertised times or refuse any
entry.
Statement of Liability
Except for negligence of the Organiser and his or their agents or others for whom
in law they are responsible, the Organiser does not accept responsibility in respect of
any accident, illness or disease caused to or suffered by any horse, owner, rider,
spectator, sponsor and others present at the site of the event and their property.
Health and Safety
The organisers of the event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health
and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must
take all reasonable precautions to avoid accidents occurring and obey the instructions
of the organisers and all officials and stewards. Dog must be kept on a short lead at all
times and must not be left unattended tied to or inside vehicles. Please pick up your
dog poo on site. All vehicles are parked at owners’ risk.TIMETABLE
