The 51-100 FI quoting/install requirement training will provide an overview of what is required
to; 1 – Determine if your client should be quoted in the Community Rated up to 50 or the Risk
Rated 51-100 mid-market space, 2 - Quote a mid-market group and, 3 - What documentation
is required should the group sell with United Healthcare. This will be a 30-minute high level
training as not all markets will require the same finalization documents however core
documents will be the same. This training will provide a good idea of what is required to
speed up the quoting and installation of your mid-market groups.

All Savers Alternate Funding is a self-funded health plan designed specifically for small
businesses. During this introduction, we will examine how to identify ideal candidates for this
product, review plan design and pricing methodology and give you an inside look into using
the broker portal www.myallsavers.com. If you are new to All Savers, or have been selling it for
years, you will benefit from an overview of the new plans being offered starting on 8/1
effective dates.

In this training, we will be highlighting the process from start to finish of migrating UHC fully-
insured groups to All Savers. We’ll go over how to request quotes from your RAE, the
necessary documents in order to submit the migration, and other best practices in order to
ensure the smoothest and fastest transition. Additionally, we will highlight the basics of how to
understand a renewal packet, process a renewal in our system, and how to run alternate
renewal quotes.

The All Savers Executive Summary presentation will provide a deep dive into the layers of
information available for your All Savers level funded plan. The session will focus on how to
interpret and understand the utilization data provided in the report as well as address
frequently asked questions and enhancements scheduled for 2020. The goal being to help
brokers/employers achieve a more comprehensive understanding of not only how your All
Savers group is performing at a given point in time but also how to share this information at a
glance.

The All Savers Alternate Funding Website and Process Training is a live demo for producers
and agency sales support on myallsavers.com. You will learn the ins and outs of using the site
as a first-time user or update your skills if you are already using the site, including; An
introduction to the site for prospective All Savers users, How to utilize the site to facilitate your
sales including plan information, forms and brochures and explanation of quotes, and How to
process a quote from preparation of a street quote through installation. The more of these
features you and your agency master, the quicker you will be able to deliver results to your
clients when it comes to the All Savers sales cycle!

The Employer eServices® training will provide an overview of Employer eServices navigation
as well as include demonstrations on the eligibility function in the context of policies with
under 100 eligible employees. These sessions are designed to complement existing
Employer eServices training tools such as online tutorials and help, training-on-demand and
quick reference guides. Each training session will last around 60 minutes. These trainings will
be the most likely to be full a few days prior to the training date.

renewal follows the printed renewal package and mirrors the intuitive design of SAM Quote

products, submit census and enrollment changes, receive plan change confirmation within 48
