In 2020 Booking.com conducted research on sustainable travel. While 2020
was an unprecedented year for the travel industry and travelers, the research
reveals that travelers have the ambition and willingness to make more
sustainable travel decisions in the future.

company is able to address any adverse human rights
impact that may be created through the way its customers,
partners and employees experience the world, and inform
