Ace & TJ Show – Affiliate Handbook
                        Website Partnership
The Ace & TJ Show has a very active, participatory audience with our website,
www.AceTJ.com, averaging well over 2.2 million page views per month. Our goal
is to maximize our affiliate’s involvement with our website to generate interest for
your station’s site as well as revenue for you.

 The Ace & TJ Show will provide a link back to your site, and we request
that you provide a link from your station’s site back to www.AceTJ.com
as well. We request that you link back to that address only, not to any
secondary or sub-page of the site.

 For each affiliate station, we have a Message Board area set up on our
website, reachable by clicking on ―Affiliates‖ from the top banner menu.
The ad on the bottom-right side of that site is exclusively yours to sell.
Size of the ad is 215x125.

 Upon becoming an Ace & TJ affiliate, please provide us with a high-
resolution version of your station logo that you want us to use on our site,
as well as the desired link to your website.

 We encourage you to use Ace & TJ graphics and show member photos on
your website if you wish, however please access them through the
Affiliate Services ExtraNet rather than right-click capturing them from our
site. These will be higher quality images that may be resized as needed.

Ace & TJ Show – Affiliate Handbook
                        Ace & TJ’s Grin Kids

Ace & TJ’s Grin Kids is a non-profit 501(c)3 charity, created by morning show
personalities Ace & TJ in January of 2000. The name of the organization comes
from Ace & TJ’s motto on their morning show, ―You Grin, You’re In!‖

Ace & TJ’s Grin Kids is designed to enhance the lives of children in our listening
areas who are terminally ill and chronically disabled, ages five through twelve, by
taking them to DisneyWorld with their entire family.

Each year, Ace & TJ’s Grin Kids charters a 737 to take these children, with their
siblings, parents, and health care workers to DisneyWorld in Florida. Because of
their special needs and financial strain, this is an experience that many of these
children and families would not be able to know without the help of Ace & TJ’s Grin
Kids. To learn more and see pictures, visit www.GrinKids.org.

Over the years, Ace & TJ’s Grin Kids has taken over 220 Grin Kids and their families
to DisneyWorld. And during the 5-day vacation, all expenses are paid, including air
travel, ground transportation, Disney Park-Hopper passes, meals, hotel rooms at a
Disney Resort, and Disney Dollars for souvenirs.

During the Grin Kids trip each year, the Ace & TJ Show broadcasts live from
DisneyWorld and shares the stories, the excitement, the fun of the trip, allowing
listeners to share in the experience of a lifetime.

Grin Kids is funded exclusively by listener donations. Some are large, some are
small, but without the listeners, the ―Radio Family,‖ participating in various
fundraising events, the Grin Kids trip would not be possible year to year.

For more information on how to create a Grin Kids event in your market,
please contact Grin Kids Administrator, Barb McIntyre, at
            Barb.McIntyre@GrinKids.org or call 704.564.1996.
