Tender requests for June 2022
Contains all tender requests for the June launches 2022.
The articles purchased through this tender request will be launched 2022-06-01 according to
the new product range model.
• Guaranteed time of distribution is 9 months (12 months for Organic and Ethical tenders),
until 2023-02-28 (2023-05-31).
• Evaluation period with following ranking is between 2022-09-01 until 2022-11-30.
• All new products have the opportunity to remain in the fixed assortment after the
evaluation period. If this is the case, the guaranteed time of distribution is prolonged by 6
months and can be continuously depending on the result of each evaluation period.
Distribution:
Each launch will correspond to a distribution according to one or two different assortment
demands. The “Standard” assortment includes groups 1, 2 and 3 and the “Premium”
assortment groups 4 and 5. Within each Standard and Premium assortment the store size is
given (A= the smallest store, E= the biggest store). For example, the distribution “Standard
ABCD, Premium CD” means that the product will be kept in all assortment groups 1, 2 and 3
and in the stores C and D within the assortment groups 4 and 5.
Routines A-classified tenders:
• Each Category A tender will receive individual Offer Deadlines.
• Offer samples, tender document and a Guarantee of Supply will be submitted at the
same time.
• Systembolaget will have 10 days to process the offers, taste the samples and perform
the quality assurance audit.
Due to this shortened process, we will only be allowed 1 day to answer questions or argue
with the purchaser over a questioned or rejected offer. It is therefore crucial that we have
been provided with every possible detail on the offered wines to ensure the offers are
accepted.
Guarantee of Supply document:
• A Guarantee of Supply document will be mandatory for these and ongoing Category A
offers.
• Full details of all subcontracted and/or volumes physical location must be stated and
accurate for an offer to be valid.
Required volume (liters):
All volumes are liters and meant for the guaranteed time of distribution.
The following information must also be mentioned when required: available annual quantity,
available quantity of offered vintage and date when following vintage is ready.TENDER REQUEST JUNE 2022
Subcontractors
When the producer doesn't vinify 100% of the volume asked for in the tender, Systembolaget
need to be informed of all the subcontractors for the remaining volume.
Tender samples
Products are purchased based on their sensory quality and is chosen through a sensory blind
tasting. Tender samples launch samples and the final products that are delivered to stores
must correspond sensorially. See the section on quality assurance.
The offer samples shall:
• Be physically, chemically, and biologically stable.
• Treated in the same way as the final product shall be treated. For example, if the final
product will be filtered then the offer sample must be filtered.
• Blended in the same proportions and of the same components/ingredients as the final
product.

The quality of the launches is controlled at 4 separate times.

For all launches of articles in the fixed assortment, regardless of origin, the suppliers must
provide information regarding the entire Supply Chain. This will be done through
Systembolaget's sustainability platform where a thorough survey of supply chain and
