Celebrating our Screening Station Volunteers
Since the start of the pandemic, Chalmers Lodge has been supported by the kindness and generosity of
many volunteers. We would like to acknowledge two of these caring individuals who have provided
outstanding services to the Lodge and residents. Yorda and Marissa have manned our screening
station, making sure staff and residents are screened on entry and ensure Lodge entry protocols are
met. They are always kind and helpful. Thank you very much Yorda and Mar!

Beautiful Blooms Throughout the Year
Every year for many years, our talented care aid, Sham, has been our
creative and hardworking head gardener. Sham has a passion for plants
and flowers and she ensures the gardens that surround the Lodge are
beautiful and well maintained for all to enjoy. She can often be seen
popping outside for 15 minutes to energetically weed and plant. This
spring has been extra busy for Sham and the nursing department, but she
has still managed to work miracles in the garden. Heartfelt thanks to
Sham for nurturing our souls with beauty throughout the years and
especially during this difficult time.movies
