The HKICS 20th Annual Corporate and Regulatory Update (ACRU 2019) which brings together
prominent speakers from the regulatory bodies in Hong Kong: the Companies Registry, Hong Kong
Exchanges and Clearing Limited, Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority and the Securities and

Invitation to participate in the HKICS survey on the state of governance
HKICS believes that it is critical to the long-term success of Hong Kong that Hong Kong is seen as a
well-governed market with increasing integration with Mainland China, including under the Hong Kong-
Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Connects. It is in this context that HKICS is seeking to find out the State
of Governance on a variety of governance related topics - to gauge where we are, and where we need
to go - in terms of the overall governance practices in Hong Kong. The survey will be closed
on Monday, 18 March 2019 by noon. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey HERE and
share it to your peers, colleagues and friends. All responses will be kept confidential and on anonymous
basis.
