Stephanie is the trainer. As such she is certified by DGfS* for Systemic and
for Organisational constellations.

From the very beginning, our lives are constantly threatened by neglect, social cold,
violence, abuse, accidents, illnesses, death.
This is not only so for us as individuals, it is also true for our families and social
groups. And it does not only count within our own lifetime but transgenerational.
We all need to be loved. We need to belong and have a good place in our systems,
and we need to be safe. If one of these conditions is not given or only too little, we
create survival strategies – we balance ourselves in order to survive and to live an
acceptable life.
This balancing ourselves resembles a pattern which we constantly repeat – as if
there was only this one answer to life. By this we make our past the blueprint for
our future. Our self-balancing pattern becomes our identity. We become the pattern
we created.
To develop ourselves to create a strong and happy person, we need to shift our
focus from our past to the now and from the outside to the inside. By doing so, we
reconnect with ourselves.
Connected to ourselves we know where we belong. We feel that we are loved by
ourselves and through that can truly love. Connected to ourselves we find safety
within us.
Constellation work with a psychosocial focus is a supportive and powerful tool to
assist this growing up process. Stephanie teaches constellation work with a psy-
chosocial focus for yourself, your beloved and for your clients.
Due to Corona restrictions, the training will be completely online.

the 1 Year Online Advanced Training
The Advanced Training specialises in facilitating constellations with a psychosocial
focus. It is suitable for those who have already passed a basic education in system
constellation and who want to professionalise or specialise their constellation work
to widen or deepen their activities in therapeutic, pedagogical, and social work fields.
After the training, participants will be able to facilitate constellations to successfully
support clients with individual, family, relationship and friendship issues.
It will be held in English and translated to Turkish.
The Training will run from March until December 2021 – with 2 modules of
altogether 112 hours, consisting of
2 x 2,5 days (36 hours) ZOOM Intensive Meetings (IM)
2 x 4 x 4 hours (32 hours) ZOOM Theme Workshops (WS)
2 x 4 x 4 hours (32 hours) ZOOM Supervision (SV)
1 x 1,5 days (12 hours) ZOOM Final

The content structure of the Advanced Training
Due to the systemic approach, the teaching will be multidimensional. In short
sequences, theoretical input, work in small groups, reflection, exercises and
constellation work alternate. Topics of the constellations are usually delivered by
the participants.
This results in an interwoven deep personal experience of the training contents. Only
after completion of the 2 modules will all topics be taught. The 2 modules can therefore
not be booked individually.

The teaching contents of Module 1 and Module 2
Our special attention is given to constellation practice – from the day 1 on,
the participants are entrusted with facilitating constellation sequences.
All lectures will be handed out as PDF file. They are equal to the content of the
Textbook of Systemic Constellation by Stephanie Hartung which will be published
in Turkish in 2021.
Practice deepening in self organised peer groups without the trainer is obligatory –
1:1 or online.
Additional individual supervision will be provided if wanted.

Stephanie is the trainer

I was born in 1959 and am the mother of an adult son.
After studying Fine Art at the Staatliche Kunstakademie
Düsseldorf, I worked as a painter for 13 years before turning
to the world of business in 1995.
I passed a management study at the University of Hagen and
several trainings in Systemic Constellation work, in
Systemic and in Spiritual Coaching and in Gestalttherapy.
Today I advise and coach organisations in branding and
organisational development. I hold lectures on systemic
organisation development at the European University of Applied Sciences, EUFH.
I work as a systemic coach and constellator for private and professional matters.
I have written several articles and books about my ideas and ways of working in the
systemic field.
It was in 1998 when I first met constellation work. Since 2009 I have been offering
events in which I work with systemic constellations and Gestalt therapeutic elements for
individual concerns or with organisational constellations and other systemic methods for
organisation and personnel development.
Since 2016, I have been offering DGfS-certified trainings in organisational and in
systemic constellations with a psycho-social focus on issues of family and personality.
I am the founder of CONSTELLATORS INTERNATIONAL which provides an international
recognition for constellators from 2021 on. As Vice Chair of the International Systemic
Constellations Association (ISCA) I am contributing in the international development of
constellation work.
I am also member of the International Society for Gestalttheory and its Applications
(GTA), the International Forum for Systemic Organisational Constellation (INFOSYON)
and the German Society for System Constellations (DGfS). I am a certified trainer for the
latter.
In the 1 year Online Advanced Training presented here, I teach constellation work with a
psychosocial focus for personal healing and development.

Participation in the Training
The Advanced Training is not psychotherapy and does not replace psychotherapy.
Mentally ill persons and people with acute mental disorders cannot participate in the
training. If a participant is undergoing psychotherapeutic treatment during the
training, we require a written confirmation of harmlessness from the treating
therapist.
The Advanced Training delivers psychological and therapeutic knowledge. It is not a
scientific education in psychology or psychotherapy.
The participants must be at least 20 years old. Any psychosocial education or
professional background for working with the method is helpful, yet not conditional.
Completion of the Training
The Advanced Training comprises a total of 2 modules with a altogether112 hours.
That equals approximately 149 teaching hours (lessons) of 45 minutes;
We ask an additional participation in 5 peer group meetings (online or 1:1) of
4 hours each during the 1 year, that is 5 x 4 = 20 hours, of which 12 hours are
obligatory and must be proven.
For the successful completion with certificate the participation is obligatory in
_30 hours of intense meeting;
_plus 6 of altogether 8 online workshops of 4 hours each;
_plus in 6 of altogether 8 online supervisions of 4 hours each;
_plus 1 full day final (8 hours).
The participants receive a certificate of successful completion of the Advanced
Training by FELD INSTITUT (Germany/Belgium) and by MUTLU GELISIM INSTITUTE
(Turkey), signed by the trainer with a DGfS certified trainer seal.

Fee
The total training fee is 1.500 Euro (plus German VAT of 16%). If your billing address
is outside of Germany and you have a VAT ID No., no VAT is applicable.
The fee includes 2 modules with a total of 149 teaching hours.
Early Bird, 10%, 5%
We offer an Early Bird Rate of 10% on the net price for registration before 31.01.2021
and of 5% on the net price for registration before 28.02.2021
Registration
Registration must be done with our registration form.
Withdrawal from the registration must be made in written form to FELD INSTITUT.
The date of receipt is decisive for the respective cancellation fee.
If a cancellation is made up to 4 weeks before the first module, a cancellation fee of
150 Euro net is to be paid. In case of cancellation after the start of the training, the
total fee of 1.500 Euro plus (or without) VAT is due.
Registration deadline is Friday, 15.03.2021.

After you have paid, you will get the ZOOM link for all training units.
Before each unit, we will remind you of date and time and send the link once again.
