Letter From the Town Supervisor
Town of Ramapo Greetings Ramapo Residents!
Michael B. Specht As we continue to navigate a new way of life after a very

Recreation Staff When spring arrives, we will be ready! Our Parks and Recreation team has been
working on adding new and improved park facilities, including a new bridge for Children’s

SPECIAL NOTE FOR SENIOR CITIZENS: Residents
60 years and over are entitled to FREE admission to
the pools at all times by displaying a Town of Ramapo
Senior Citizen ID card. Senior Citizen cards can be
obtained at our Parks and Recreation Office.
LAP SWIM: We will be offering adult lap swimming at
both Saddle River and Spook Rock Pools on Mondays,
Wednesdays and Fridays from 11am – 11:30am. This
will be available June 28th through August 15th.
Noise Pollution: Since it is
our policy to ensure the peace and
tranquility of all residents using the
Town Pools, we have instituted a noise
pollution decree. Therefore, electronic
devices with external speakers are NOT permitted in the pool
area.
Please Note: These are family pools. Proper bathing suits
will be required by all patrons at ALL times while on the pool
grounds. Only approved swim diapers will be permitted in kiddie
pools and splash pad area. Smoking permitted in designated
areas only. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PROHIBITED AT ALL
TOWN OF RAMAPO FACILITIES AT ALL TIMES.
Refund Policy: Once a patron has entered the
pool area there will be no refunds/rainchecks issued.

This multi-sport program was developed to give children ages
4-6 a positive first step into athletics. Sports are taught in a safe,
