Event Summary
The 3rd Annual Toby's Pet Parade & Fair is a fun-filled 'petcentric' event supporting the mission of Foothills
Animal Shelter. The event is kicked off by a costume parade down Washington Avenue followed by a family-friendly
fair in Parfet Park. Last year 150 dogs joined the costume contest and 1,500 families and friends gathered in the
park to enjoy live music, agility demonstrations, over 50 vendor booths, food trucks, and much more.
Who is Toby?
Found malnourished and with duct tape around his muzzle, Toby was brought to the Shelter where he received
critical medical support and TLC from compassionate staff and volunteers. Now 14-years-old, Toby is healthy,
happy, has found his forever home and is Foothills Animal Shelter's mascot. Like the stories of the many pets we
care for, Toby’s heartwarming journey truly encompasses the mission of Foothills Animal Shelter. To honor his
remarkable tale, the community celebrates. Toby’s Pet Parade and Fair, raises support, animal humane awareness,
and critical funds for the life-saving work of Foothills Animal Shelter and the homeless pets we serve like Toby.

levels built to promote the unique goals of your business up to and
throughout the event. All Sponsors and Vendors are invited
to Coffee with Critters, an exclusive Toby's Pet Parade & Fair wrap
up party, scheduled post event day.

VENDOR BOOTH

Vendor Booths are a great way to interact with
the thousands of community members that
attend Toby's Pet Parade & Fair. Booth space is
limited and location of booth will be determined
by company/ product/ and activities offered to
make each location unique and interactive.
Each Vendor Booth Includes:
10’ x 10’ booth space at the Fair where your
company will have the opportunity to
interact with hundreds of animal lovers and
community members
Opportunity to sell product and pass out
promotional goods
Joint post of all vendors on Facebook week of
the event
Alphabetical name listing on event website and
event program
BOOTH REQUIREMENTS
AND OTHER DETAILS
Vendor shall provide all equipment including tent (maximum size 10’ x 10’ stakeless canopy), tables, chairs, etc.
Tent shall be placed on grass or pavement and properly weighted with cement, sand or water weights (no stakes)
Vendor shall provide family-friendly booth décor - banners, flags, and decoration are encouraged!
At least one Vendor representative shall be present at booth at all times
Vendor shall be responsible for set up and tear down, and will remove all trash from booth space at the end of the event
At the City's request Vendors are prohibited from use or distribution of polystyrene or Styrofoam at the event
Vendor is encouraged to sell products or pass out free products and/or promotional materials at their booth
Vendors that sell product must have a valid Sales Tax License with the City of Golden. All sellers will need to submit a $50
deposit to the City of Golden for sales sax, and will report their own sales tax with the city.

Vendor is welcome to promote a percentage of sales that will be donated to Foothills Animal Shelter
Set up and tear down logistics, as well as booth location and other directions will be emailed to you one week prior to the
event.
