Milwaukee is the largest city in Wisconsin and both the 31st-most populous city and the 39th-most
populous region in the United States. It is the county seat of Milwaukee County and is located on
the southwestern shore of Lake Michigan, at the confluence of three rivers: the Menomonee, the
Kinnickinnic, and the Milwaukee. As of the 2010 census, the population of Milwaukee was 594,833
