College and High School Fairs What you want to bring ❏ Business cards - a lot of them ❏ Lightweight brochure/flyer OR high school profile ❏ Table cloth with name or flag, if you have one ❏ Country or institutions goodies are nice but non-alcoholic and not needed ❏ Your travel or visitor calendar to arrange fall visits ❏ Don't bring banners, books, big brochures, and anything bulky or heavy - Conference attendees like to pack light. ❏ Check attendee list to mark your “hit list” ❏ www.internationalacac.org/high-school-college-fairs

If you are staying in the Residences ❏ Residence halls on both Tulane and Loyola’s campuses ❏ Within short walking distances of conference ❏ Air-conditioned residence halls offer apartment-style living with private bedrooms and a shared bathroom. ❏ Linens, towels and toiletries are provided. ❏ You might want to bring a night light or torch and an extra pillow
What to bring and what to wear ❏ Casual clothes for a hot and humid New Orleans with temperature between 70-90°F (24-33°C) ❏ Comfortable shoes ❏ Bring a wrap/scarf/sweater/jacket for air con rooms ❏ Umbrella or raincoat for possible afternoon rain showers ❏ Sports shoes and clothes, if you want to join the 5K run or Dodgeball or Golf Tournament ❏ Converter Plug for your electronics ❏ NEW: A few Country/State lapel pins - - Pin Trading!
Social Events and Tours ❏ If you receive invitations to socials, do accept those you like and will be beneficial and fun. Don’t accept all and overload. ❏ Tours before and after the conference – http://www.internationalacac.org/bus-tour and check the International ACAC Facebook group
