The Beyond Memorable Promotion is available to new wedding bookings made a minimum of one year in advance of wedding date at participating resorts.This package is only available for purchase by groups with a minimum of 50 guests and 75 room nights cumulative (for the selling price of
$7,500 USD) or a minimum of 80 guests and 120 room nights cumulative (for the selling price of $11,999). Wedding date and room availability must be confirmed with the resort in advance of purchasing the package. Prices and package inclusions subject to change without notice. Discount on spa

COUPLE’S EXPERIENCE:
P RIVATE SITE I NSP ECTI O N: Wedding couples receive a personal site inspection of the resort to help choose ceremony
and reception location options.
ONE-O N-O NE: All questions are answered in a private meeting with the resort’s wedding coordinator to ensure the couple’s vision for
the wedding day is realized.
RE CEIVE CR ED I T : After the site inspection, the couple receives a credit towards wedding extras for the wedding events, bachelorette/
bachelor party or the honeymoon if they book within 30 days of the return date.
Terms & Conditions
Wedding couple can obtain this special rate by contacting their travel agent, tour operator or hotel directly for the couple to be eligible for the credits. All on-site meetings and site inspection dates and times must be confirmed with the wedding coordinator in advance of travel.
Resort Credit:
If wedding date is booked within 30 days of return date, the couple will receive: • $500 credit for wedding extras (for groups with minimum 45 room nights cumulative)

Now Resorts & Spas 18LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
The following is a list of all the documentation required by Dominican law in order to get legally married in the Dominican Republic.
• Birth certificate of couple or certified copy of birth certificate. If parents’ names are not shown on the certificates, please indicate them separately.
• Notarized declaration of single status for the couple. If previously married, submit two copies of the divorce decree or death certificate. There is a
mandatory waiting period for women (ten months before they are legally allowed to remarry).
• A photocopy of couple’s passport.
• Photocopies of all witnesses’ passports. They cannot be family members. If necessary, resort will provide witnesses.
• The couple must be in the country three business days prior to the wedding.

Please note: The Dominican Republic is now a member of the La Hague Convention. Please have your official documents apostilled by your Secretary of State
office. You can also contact vitalcheck.com to request apostilled documents.
All documents must be translated and legalized by the Dominican consulate prior to arriving in the Dominican Republic, except for the passports. The
documents should be legalized by the Dominican consulate no more than three months prior to the wedding date. It is the couple’s responsibility to have all
the documentation ready prior to the wedding.
The Judge is an outside service provided by the Dominican government. We cannot be held responsible for any delay or alteration. The judge will duly register
your wedding certificate at the Central Civil Board and legalize it with the Foreign Affairs Department of the Dominican Republic. We will then send the
wedding certificate to the couple via mail, which may take up to 10-12 weeks.
The Civil Wedding is celebrated in Spanish. If necessary, Now Onyx Punta Cana will provide English, French or German translators without an additional charge.
