We have begin public mass at 12PM in English. Allowing for safe social distance the
number of people will be limited. Call the Rectory Office to make a reservation.

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS At St. Mary Church

As we re-open St. Mary Church to small groups (40 or less),
we need many individuals to volunteer.
The number of masses that we can celebrate will depend upon two important groups of volun-
teers. One group to help clean the church after each service and another group to do “crowd con-
trol”. We will be marking specific seats for the people to sit to maintain social distancing. Every-
one will be escorted to their seat by crowd control and at the end of mass everyone will be in-
structed to leave in a way that they do not risk interacting with others.
WHAT DO WHEN YOU ARRIVE BACK TO CHURCH
Enter only through the main entrance
Keep a six foot distance outside before entering
Wait patiently for your reservation to be checked by the greeter
Keep your face mask on at all times except for receiving communion
Sanitize your hands before entering and before and after communion
Sit only in the pew that has been reserved for you.
Do not leave your pew until you are dismissed
Go directly from the communion line to your car and leave
No socializing with others inside or outside
Since there will be not offertory collection please leave your offering in the containers provide at
the entrance of the church.

It is critically important that our parish receives the offertory support we need to remain operational
and sustainable despite the reduction of weekly Masses. The Archdiocese has developed a univer-
sal online offertory page where the faithful can make an offertory donation to any parish in the
Archdiocese. These donations will assist the parishes with ongoing expenses related to ministry,
maintenance, staff and other pressing needs, that depend on regular offertory support from parish-
ioners. You are encouraged to contribute online to your parish at or above your usual offertory
amount.
Please continue to support our parish during this crisis. We need the support of all the members of
the parish. You can bring your envelope to Church with you on Sunday of you can drop you enve-
lope at the rectory mail box or use an online giving option either through Give Central or the new
Online service offered by the Archdiocese.

Es un hecho simple solo podemos programar misas públicas si tenemos suficientes voluntarios para
desinfectar la iglesia entre los servicios. Todos están ansiosos por regresar a la iglesia, pero en este mo-
mento solo tenemos suficientes voluntarios para tener una misa en español y una misa en inglés cada fin
de semana. Dado que solo es posible aceptar 40 para cada misa, si no mantenemos nuestra distancia
segura de 6 ', pasará mucho tiempo antes de que podamos volver realmente a la normalidad. Solo 40 feli-
greses a la vez. Por lo general, alrededor de 1,000 personas asisten a misa a la semana. Eso significa que
se necesitarían 25 misas para acomodar a cada feligrés.
Necesitamos más voluntarios para que podamos tener más de una misa en domingo.
