Welcome to CBC Fremantle - Year 8 Information Evening
Prayer
Dear Lord

We thank You for this new school year.
We ask that You bless the students, their families and the staff
that make our school a great place.
May we explore together the territory of knowledge;
May we learn together the mysteries of truth;
May we share together the joy of friendship;
May we release in each other the spark of creativity; and
May we inspire others to follow Your call.
We pray that You will guide us in all ways
so that we will seek Your will in everything that we do.

Live Jesus in our hearts.
All: Forever.                          Today’s boys…tomorrow’s gentlemen

A prayer for parents
Let us all pray together:

And as for me as a parent,
Help me to love them without possessiveness.
Help me to be firm and protect them when I must.
Help me to be patient while they strive to find themselves.
Help me to respect them for what You made them to be.
Help me to guide them with Your wisdom and help me to love letting them go.
And when the work is done and they are formed and raised and gone,
Help me to turn back to You without my children
and continue the journey wiser and more understanding of You.

Live Jesus in our Hearts.
