INSTRUCTIONS
FITTING YOUR TRAYS
Step 1 S tep 2 S tep 3
Place 10cm of boiling water in Holding onto the tab submerge The tray will wilt – this is
a bowl and cool for 1-2mins. the entire tray (to the tab) in nor mal. Ensure the sides of
hot water for 3-6 seconds. the tray do not melt into
each other.

Place the tray over your teeth. Close your mouth and lips. R emove the tray and place

How often should I whiten?
Whiten each day until you reach your desired shade then start a regular maintenance regime; with 1-4 treatments every
2-8 weeks (adjust as required).
How long do results last for?
Once you have initially whitened your teeth, they should always be whiter than they originally were. ‘Topping up’
regularly will help maintain your white smile.
Will my teeth become sensitive?
Some people experience sensitivity when whitening. Colgate! whitening products contain soothers and desensitisers. It is
recommended using a Sensitivity Product whilst whitening – visit our website for more info.
How do I store Optic White whitening gel?
Store syringes at room temperature. Do not freeze. Avoid exposure to temperatures above 30°C. Do not use
after expiry date.
