At Stonewall Farm, we use milk from our organic dairy
herd to make a range of fine cheeses. Visit our farm store
to find “squeaky” cheese (cheese curds); aged, raw milk
cheddar (made in partnership with Grafton Village Cheese
Company); and artisanal gouda. Our gouda and squeaky
cheeses are made on the farm by master cheese maker
Joe Sawyer. Stonewall is a nonprofit working farm and
