                                                    ARTICLE IX- LIFE MEMBERS
SECTION 1.
    A. Members shall become a life member of El Katif Shriners upon:
           a. Election by the El Katif Shriners for meritorious service. Written nomination for meritorious service submitted to
              the Recorder and approval by the Nobility at a regular stated meeting. (administrative)
           b. By payment of a lump sum equivalent to 20 years dues to the Recorder, by a member in good standing. All mon-
              ey received from Life Memberships shall be placed in a trust fund, and only the income from such fund shall be
              withdrawn. By payment of a lump sum equivalent to 20 years dues to the Recorder, by a member in good standing.
