dinalpflichten ist die Haftung des Veranstalters
in Fällen einfacher Fahrlässigkeit beschränkt
auf vorhersehbare, typischerweise eintretende

ten der Ausschreibung und Segelanweisung sind
einzuhalten und werden ausdrücklich anerkannt.
18.2. Die Haftung des Veranstalters für Personen-
oder Gesundheitsschäden ist hierdurch nicht
eingeschränkt.
18.3. Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
