The OEW 2019 - Infotainment at its
best for off-grid experts
Under the motto „Get rid of the grid!“, Messe Augs-
burg is for the first time organising the leading event
for self-sufficient power supply, the OFF-GRID
Experts Workshop, with Phaesun GmbH as its
specialist partner.
What‘s it all about?
Self-sufficient energy supply in numerous
application areas such as municipalities,
industry, agriculture and forestry,
mobility and for aid organisations.
The focus is on: Photovoltaics, hybrid and
alternative plants, small wind and mini-,
microgrid.
What is on offer?
Lots and lots: practical lectures, accompanying
exhibition with approx. 50 exhibitors, Speed Dating,
Hands-On Assembling Station, Off-Grid Sale, Table
Talks, Tech-Day (19 September 2019), After Work-
shop Program, Oktoberfest Shuttle.
Who will be there?
Experts of the OFF-GRID scene from all over the
world and those who want to become it: Educational
institutions, service providers (such as installers and
planners), energy suppliers, craftsmen, aid organi-
sations, industry, agriculture and forestry, solution
providers, mobility, public administration, tourism,
networks, science.

On 19 September 2019, the day before the start of
the OFF-GRID Experts Workshop, some companies
offer product trainings in the conference center of
Messe Augsburg. The participation is free of charge
and requires a pre-registration during the ticket
purchase.

Business Speed Dating: For one-time things or long-term relationships: Once a day, Business Speed Dating enables you to meet people quickly. Off-Grid Sale: Parts, aids, components, finished products - the on-site sale offers a wide range of products at favourable prices. The revenues are donated to a good cause. Table Talks: Here, experts and participants exchange views on exciting focus topics in a relaxed bar-table atmosphere with cold or hot drinks. Spontaneous lectures in the „Speakers‘ Corner“ format are welcome.
