All Trade Visitor pass holders are required to exit the halls by 6PM.
1.1.3 Dress Code
Strictly business attire.
(Delegates dressed in shorts and slippers will NOT be allowed entry into the Exhibition Halls and
Conferences unless part of an ethnic uniform)
1.1.4 Minimum age requirement
The minimum age requirement for delegate to enter is 18 years old.
Infants on prams and/or in arms are not allowed as well.

1.1.6.1 Trade Visitor All-Access Pass
The purchase of an All-Access Trade Visitor Badge will automatically grant you access to exhibition
and conferences at ITB Asia , MICE Show Asia and Travel Tech Asia.
1.1.6.2 Travel Tech Asia Only Pass
The purchase of a Travel Tech Asia Trade Visitor Badge will grant you access to exhibition and
conferences at Travel Tech Asia only.

2.1 How to apply for Trade Visitor Passes?
2.1.1 Rates for Trade Visitor Pass

2.1.2 How do I apply for Trade Visitor Passes?
Click “Register Now!” on the Trade Visitor Registration Page.
View the Registration Guide before you begin.
NOTE: Entry will be refused if tickets are not purchased from an authorised channel (i.e. ITB India
websites). All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Upon clicking the “Register Now” button on the Trade Visitor Registration Page, you automatically
agree to ITB Asia, MICE Show Asia and Travel Tech Asia’s General Terms & Privacy Policy.
2.1.3 Registering more than one attendee
Please view Page 19 of the Registration Guide.
2.1.4 How would I know if I have been confirmed as a Trade Visitor?
The registration process will take 10 – 15 minutes. After payment, your registration is automatically
confirmed. You will be notified via email within the same day.
However, the organizer reserves the right to reject your registration at the sole discretion of the
company.
NOTE: You are advised to complete the Registration within 30 minutes otherwise, the session will
automatically “time out”. If this occurs, you will not be able to use the same email address to register
again
2.1.5 How do I apply a promo code?
For visitors with a promo code, kindly enter the code at the ticket selection page, right before
checkout. You may view page 22 of the Registration Guide.
NOTE: Promo codes can only be used for Online Payments.

- The Online Registration will close on 20 October 2020, 1159PM (GMT +8).
- The 3-Day All-Access Visitor Badge costs USD100, rates subjected to 7% GST.
- The 3-Day Travel Tech Asia Only Visitor Badge costs USD60, rates subjected to 7% GST.
- When filling in the Registration Form, you will be prompted to enter your credit card details for
payment of your registration fee. Payment of the registration fee can be made via PayPal or
Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard).

2.1.7 Onsite Registration and Payment
- The Onsite Registration will open on 21 October 2020, 8:30AM (GMT/UTC +8).
- The 3-Day All-Access Visitor Badge costs USD150, rate is inclusive of 7% GST.
- The 3-Day Travel Tech Asia Only Visitor Badge costs USD90, rate is inclusive of 7% GST.
2.1.8 How can I login to my account?
- As a Trade Visitor, you will be able to participate the Business Matching during the Online Diary
Phase in September. To access your account:
- Go to: https://itbasia-businessmatching.com/
- Click on “Login” on the top right-hand corner
- Enter your Login Code found on your Proforma Invoice
- You may view Page 27 - 28 of the Registration Guide.
2.1.9 Forgot Password
- Go to: https://itbasia-businessmatching.com/
- Click on “Login” on the top right-hand corner
- Click on “Forgot password?”
- Alternatively, you can enter your account CODE to login. This code can be found on your Receipt
once payment is completed.
2.1.10 Trade Visitor Pass Cancellations
All passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Upon clicking the “Register Now” button on Trade Visitor Registration Page, you automatically agree
to ITB Asia, MICE Show Asia and Travel Tech Asia’s General Terms & Privacy Policy.

3.1 Visa Application
Please click here to find out more about the visa requirements for your visit to Singapore. It is the
responsibly of all visitors to apply for his/her visa and/or travel insurance into Singapore.
Only upon request, Messe Berlin (Singapore) Pte Ltd will provide a letter of introduction for your visa
application, kindly write in to visitor@itb-asia.com.
Note: You must have a paid ticket to be issued a letter of introduction for visa application.

4.1 Trade Visitor Badge
How do I collect my Trade Visitor Badge(s)?
Your E-badges will be sent to the registered email 1 week prior to the show.
Thereafter, you may print them at your convenience. By logging in to your Visitor Account.
Please see section 2.1.8. of this manual.
Alternatively, you may print and bring with you the Confirmation Letter containing a QR code / Barcode
to collect your badge(s) at the onsite self-service kiosks located at Sands Expo & Convention Centre,
Level 1.
4.2 Arrange Business Meetings
You will be able to arrange meetings using the ITB Asia/ MICE Show Asia/ Travel Tech Asia mobile
app. More information will be shared with you when the mobile app is ready for download in
September 2020.
4.3 Privileges for ITB Asia Delegates
We are working with local partners to provide discounted attendee privileges, such as attraction
tickets, retail and dining perks and tours, which you may enjoy with the event Trade Visitor Badge.

5.1 The ITB Asia, MICE Show Asia and Travel Tech Asia General Terms & Data Privacy Policy
The ITB Asia, MICE Show Asia and Travel Tech Asia General Terms & Data Privacy Policy can be

5.2 Direct Sales
As this is a strictly no-selling event, unless permitted, no items may be sold directly. i.e.
transactions are allowed.
5.3 Advertising
Advertising of all kinds such as flyers, sales brochures, unauthorised dailies and/or magazine
distribution is not permitted on any ITB Asia, MICE Show Asia and Travel Tech Asia contracted
premises. Advertising by any means must require written approval from Messe Berlin (Singapore)
Pte Ltd.
The house regulations of the venue will apply together with Organiser’s general terms of business.
Attendees found not abiding will be subjected to the obligatory actions to the discretion of the
Organiser.
5.4 Animals / Trolleys
No animals will be permitted to the exhibition grounds. Unless authorized, no trolleys are allowed
within the show floor during the Official Opening Hours (930AM – 6PM).
5.5 Failure to abide General Terms & conditions/ Data Privacy Policy
Trade Visitors found not abiding to any of the regulations stated within the General Terms and
Conditions as well this booklet, will be requested to exit the hall, rejected entry, requested to return
their badges and/or have their badges blocked without being required to give reasons.
Organisers, staffs and security personnel appointed by Messe Berlin (Singapore) Pte Ltd reserve the
rights to verify all attendees prior to admission, refuse entry, nullify and/or confiscate badges without
being required to give reasons.
The house regulations of the venue will apply together with the Organiser's general terms of
business.
By Registering as a Trade Visitor, you also expressly agree to the Data Privacy Policy (Point 7.) in
the General Terms and Conditions.
