efforts to find some of
the very best genetics of each of the breeds we raise, benefit not only our customers programs but raising beef economically and traits that are
sound and profitable right to the end process of the carcass value. This is one of the first large groups of sons of our sires Impact, Counselor 5118,
Payweight 6458, Tradition and Encore 71C. These bulls were selected not only for their phenotype and pedigree but also important to use as we
calve the cowherd in the fields that calving ease and birth weight are an important starting point. We have placed a special interest on the carcass
qualities of all of our sires. Ribeye and Red meat yield have always been a top ranking factor when selecting a new herd sire. Saying that, we have
infused the high marbling genetics of Payweight 6458 into our Black Angus side with impressive results to date. With our Limousin, we have added
the performance of Impact onto our Westmoreland females which held higher marbling traits. For our Red Angus, the infusion of Encore 71C has
given a big boost to the performance and muscle shape of our Reds.
As we have been able to select our offering from a large group of bulls, one of the most important starting points was birth weight. We have tried to
keep the birth weight for bulls going in the sale around 90 lbs. or less. Yes, we have lots bigger but for this event we have tried to assist the buyer
in selecting bulls that should be consistent at calving time on any type of cow herd the bulls enter. Through time selecting for this, see a number of
the genetic combinations gain a strong birth to weaning and yearling spread. It is important to get the pounds on for those selling at weaning time.
There is a great selection of specific traits or a combination of traits that we present to you. Whether it be straight up calving ease and low birth,
big performance and muscle or top candidates for replacement type females or combinations of all, there are ones to match your requirements.
The cattle industry continues to be strong and we are excited to be a part of it. We thank those who have purchased and supported our program in
the past and look forward to working with you in the future.
As in our past sales, for those who cannot take their purchases home at sale time, we will return the bulls to our farm. We have been able to deliver
many of the bulls to their new homes when time and availability permits. For purchases that are going longer distances, we will keep the bulls until
the necessary arrangements are made.
If you require more information on any of the bulls, please contact us or any of the sales staff, as they will have viewed the bulls at the farm
beforehand. The bulls will be available for viewing at the farm or at SLS two days before sale day.

Welcome to the 25th Anniversary Sale for Nordal Angus and Limousin. For a quarter century the Garner family have been conducting bull
sales and providing top quality bulls to progressive cattlemen throughout the country. The 2020 edition will provide you with an opportunity
to buy the latest genetics available in the Angus and Limousin breeds. Over 80 two year old bulls, selected from one of Saskatchewan’s
largest seed stock producers, will be going under the hammer on February 20th. The bulls in this sale offering will showcase the right
conformation traits and type that the commercial cattlemen and seed stock producers need to breed for success. Rob Garner works very
hard in selecting high profile herd sires, with the latest genetics, promoting calving ease that excel in performance. These two year old
bulls are long, deep gutted with natural muscle expression, excellent feet and legs that can get out and move. The Garner family have a
passion for the cattle business with experience in all aspects of the cattle production industry, from cow calf, back grounding and right up to
finishing. You are buying a bull from a true cattleman who certainly understands the cattle industry. I believe

After his historic show career, Impact has settled into his walking herd sire duties here at Nordal. Our original goal with Impact was to compliment the growth and performance of our
Westmoreland females. These females had the calving ease built in. With the influence of Impact we are realizing that goal becoming reality. We did not buy Impact as a calving ease
bull, although some that purchased semen thought he might be. Simply put, Impact is a big bull. Saying that, we have used him in every area of our cow herd. He has calved great,
and when the calves hit the ground they have lots of grow in them. We are impressed with his calves from our Simm X Angus cross females. These calves have the dimension and
body to be highly profitable feeder cattle that will yield very well. Impact progeny are sound made, easy to work with and are standouts in the pen. He has begun a new chapter with his
success as a breeding sire. In 2019 he sired both Female and Bull Agribition Champions. The greatest achievement being his son, Greenwood Electric Impact, a three time Supreme
Champion following in his father’s footsteps at Farmfair and Agribition. He has also produced numerous top sellers in his first calf crop including an $18,000 female at Western Select,
the very sale we purchased Impact from.

If you want to add shear muscle in one shot here is one to do it. Foremost is not
big in frame, but he is easy to find with the wide top and big hip. His dam is an LOT 15

Upon purchasing Counselor as a top seller in Hinman’s 2016 Sale we were very excited to add the influence of his dam, 1575, to our herd. We have used him extensively on
our commercial and purebred females. He has calved great with low to moderate birth weights. The calves have grown exceptionally well with a tremendous amount of length.
Counselor 5118 has outstanding carcass EPDs and it shows in his sons. Lots of width, depth, and shape, all with big scrotals. 1575 is one of the best Angus females we have
viewed. She is also the dam of HA Outside, the sire of Cowboy Up and a junior sire of ours, HA Northside, a full brother to HA Outside. Our largest set of daughters will come into
production this year. We had a number producing in 2019 with very well structured udders with ample milk volume. It looks as if Counselor 5118 will also produce a leading set of
