Jog on January
Take on the challenge of the Couch to 5k , either on
your own , in a small group or as a team/ company.
Register for £7.00 each and aim to raise sponsorship
of £20.00 each.

Can you hold your own event to support cerebral palsy and Stick 'n' Step?
Go Green for Cerebral Palsy - March is Cerebral Palsy Awareness month – help us to raise awareness and money by
wearing an item of green clothing or an accessory and make a donation to Stick 'n' Step.

May 2021 Paige Spring 1k, 2k, 3k, 5k Sefton Park, Liverpool: An event Wallasey Centre for all across the weekend in Sefton Park. Chip timed, Wednesday afternoon session entertainment along the route, medal and t-shirt for all finishers, children run for free in the 1k.cip ate for free in the 1k.nd t shirt for all f 17th - Chester Half Marathon: One of the UK’s longest established and most highly regarded half marathons, starting and finishing in the historic Roman/Medieval destination city of Chester. Charity walk from Seacombe to Thurstaston takes walkers around the scenic coastline of the Wirral

18th July 2021 - Chester 10k run - Take on the
challenge of the 10k around the historic town
of Chester. This is a fun filled and enjoyable run.

Bring some ice creams or lollies into the office and ask your
colleagues for a donation.

Set up a Regular Gift direct from your bank account to Stick ‘n’
Step. It might only be the cost of a cup of coffee but it ALL adds
up and does make a difference to our children.

maybe a family event at Sci-Tech Daresbury to
look at some of the fascinating experiments and
the world of science.

Christmas jumper day: Throw on your best Christmas jumper and make a donation to Stick 'n' Step
to spread the Christmas cheer in your office.
