ESMA Prague Convention 2021 The 43rd Convention of the European Sales & Marketing Association which is made up of the leading Sales & Marketing Distributors and Manufacturing Members from across Europe and Internationally will take place between the 16th and 18th September ‘21 in the beautiful UNESCO City of Prague, Czech Republic. Our Convention will be hosted in the Beautiful NH Collection Carlo IV Hotel which is centrally located and close to the famous Old Town Square. This Convention will be communicated intensively to over 180 ESMA Distributor and Manufacturer Members from 44 Countries across the Globe. The business conference will attract over 170 top professionals within the FMCG, HoReCa and Pharmacy Channels where together they have a business reach covering over 60 countries across the Globe.

Structure of Events – Thursday 16th September ‘21 Welcome evening for all guests Our Thursday Evening Social Gathering will take place in Hotel Carlo IV offering a Buffet Style collection of Hot and Cold offerings over a 3-hour period. This is a great time to catch up with Friends and Colleagues whilst also taking the opportunity to Network with New Members and Friends of the ESMA in the beautiful Vault Bar and its abundance of quiet corners and open-air surroundings
Structure of Business Conference 17th September ‘21 Open with ESMA Members visiting the Exhibition Arena featuring our Brand Showcase Exhibitors. ESMA CEO’s welcome, housekeeping, acknowledgement of Sponsors and Welcome to our ESMA President. ESMA President officially opens the ESMA Conference. Selected Guest Speakers will provide insights on the theme of our Conference. Open Questions & Answers session with our panel of Speakers. Presentation of Awards (Distributor and Manufacturer). Changing of the Guard, welcome to our New ESMA President. ESMA , AGM followed by Close out of Conference by ESMA President.
Partners Program Friday 17th September ‘21 ESMA Encourages Members to bring Partners to the Convention where activities are organized for Partners whilst our Business Conference is in session: Program of Activities for Partners Activities to be confirmed, events will take place in and around Prague, incl. Lunch.
Finale to Friday 17th September ‘21 We end our Friday Business and Partners Events with our Gala Dinner Banquet ESMA encourages a Formal Dress Code for Gentlemen wearing Tuxedo or Business Suit and Ladies in Cocktail or Evening Dress. We shall open with Pre-Dinner drinks and canapes supported by live background music. We follow with our 4 course Gala Dinner Banquet with supporting Fine Wines. Afterwards: We dance the night away with a DJ and Drinks into the early hours of the morning.
Structure of Social Program – Saturday 18th September ‘21 Treasure Hunt across Prague More information to follow. Farewell Dinner Cruise, Wine and Dine in luxury on the beautiful Agnes de Bohemia Boat whilst admiring the beautiful sites Prague has to offer.
