• Complete kitchen setup will be provided as per the model selected by franchise.
• All products having company branding will be provided by AR IMPEX.
• 14 days of stringent training to the franchise staff(Lodging & Boarding + other local
expenses to be covered by franchise)
• 14 days of training by company staff to franchise staff will be provided after outlet
begins its operations.(All expenses are to be taken care of by franchise)
• La Milano Pizzeria Quality team shall be coming over to franchise outlets anytime
with/without informing for quality and maintenance checks.
• Provide for all the branding material to franchise at cost.
• Centralized push for sales and advertisements done through digital media at cost.
• Providing franchise with manpower to train the franchise staff as ad when required.Franchise Responsibilities

• Recruiting staff and ensuring that they maintain quality and service at outlet.
• Maintain sales through all forms of tech platforms and through calls and dine-in
• Food Material and all other materials required are to be purchased from AR IMPEX.
• Food stocks including Dough Pack, Packaging Stuff, Condiments & Seasonings sachets,
tin products/food materials, Re ned Wheat Flour, Branding lea ets to be provided by
franchisor company.
• Maintain brand dignity and sanctity and use for franchisee outlet as authorized by
company.
• All payment terms are advance with Purchase orders.
• Follow the instructions provided by the company to make the product.
• Ensure the best possible customer service and maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Follow all company policies and accept the changes as applicable from time to time.
