2021 Retail Price Guide Overview
We are incredibly excited for the release of our 2021 price guide, as the new price guide
brings with it the launch of our new woven wood program and our new roller shade
program. We will break down the changes by product line in this document, but first, we’ll
overview the major changes in 2021:
PRODUCT CHANGES
• Launch of new woven wood shade sample book
• New roller shade program (coming early summer of 2021)
• Launch of a fabric wrapped cornice for roller shades (available immediately)
• Significant price reduction on Somfy motors
• Introduction of Somfy Li-Ion motors
POLICY CHANGES
• Restricting sale of LX400 wood shutters only to customers on a Skandia truck route
• Discontinuation of Cash on Delivery (COD) account terms; Net 30 and Pay in
Advance are the two terms available
• Institution of 2% handling fee for local pick-ups
The remainder of this document will outline the changes of significance to each product
line. Changes such as minor price adjustments, and spec corrections/revisions are
generally not included in this document. We utilize this document to call attention to the
most significant changes to our product line.

Page 1SHUTTERS
• Primarily due to issues created during the delivery of wood shutters, we have
decided to no longer sell wood shutters to customers outside of the range of a
Skandia truck. When it comes to wood shutters, we believe that the only way to
uphold our quality standards is to manage the manufacturing and delivery
processes from start to finish.
• We are creating a supplemental price guide only for LX400 wood shutters, which
we will distribute to customers within range of a Skandia truck.
• Due to increased material and labor costs, we have increased the surcharges for
shutter specialties (arches, shapes, and French doors).
Page 2ROLLER SHADES
• The biggest change is our new roller shade program. We have prioritized adding
contemporary light filtering designs to our program, while retaining the top-selling
patterns from our previous collection. The program, which is launching in early
Summer 2021, will offer a wide array of screen shades, light filtering shades, and
room darkening shades – with many light filtering shades having a room darkening
equivalent.
• The new program has been included in the Index of Fabrics on pages RS3 – RS7.

• We have introduced a 6” fabric wrapped cornice, which is available with all fabrics
and all clutch types. Pricing for the fabric wrapped cornice can be found on pages
RS9 – RS15. Specs can be found on page RS41.
• We have discontinued the 3" and 4" R-Series fascias. We will continue to offer the
R-Series clutch, and we will continue to offer a 3", 4", and 5" fascia in our Deluxe
Series.
• We have also added the Somfy re-chargeable battery-in-tube motors. The Somfy
Li-Ion range includes the R28, ST30, and ST40. For more information and pricing,
please refer to pages RS28 and RS29.
Page 3WOVEN WOOD SHADES
• Our new woven wood sample book is now available. The book is available for $149
plus tax and shipping.
• The newly added Somfy Li-Ion motors are also available for woven wood shades.
For information and pricing, see pages WS27, WS28, and WS29.
• We have revised several surcharges. Please review the surcharge chart on page
WS13 for the updated surcharges.
• Our price charts have been re-formatted to be consistent with other product lines.
We have de-cluttered the price charts by removing several columns and rows.
CELLULAR SHADES
• The minimum width for our Top Down Bottom Up/Sun Up Sun Down motor has
been revised. The minimum width for this motor is 44” OB.
• We have discontinued the wand motor option.
ZEANNA & TREANNA
• This year’s price guide clarifies the requirements for spearlining/side-by-side
alignment. We have added a column to our order form for spearlining. Spearlining
now carries with it a $25 surcharge, due to the additional labor time required for
side-by-side alignment.
• We have also clarified the availability of motors for Zeanna and Treanna. Both
product lines are available with the Q1, Q2, R28, ST30 as well as the Q1 Li-Ion, Q2
Li-Ion, R28 Li-Ion, and ST30 Li-Ion. The Q6, Q10, ST40, and ST50 are not
available with Zeanna or Treanna.

• The changes in the horizontal section were rather minor. We have discontinued the
wand motor for aluminum blinds. We have also discontinued several colors from
our GrandView Traditional Valance.

VERTICAL BLINDS
• We have not made any significant changes to the vertical blinds section of our price
guide.
Page 5TERMS OF SALE
• Shipping costs have gone up substantially, which has necessitated revising the
following:
o The shipping rate is now 7.50%.
o The shipping minimum on horizontal blinds, all shades, and vertical blinds
has been moved to $30.
o The shipping maximum on shutters has been moved to $200.
o Product is now considered oversized at 92”. Oversized product carries with
it a $65 fee, which will be tacked on to the standard shipping charges.
• Due to packaging and labor costs, we will be instituting a 2% handling fee for all
local pickups. Minimum and maximum shipping charges apply, and local pickups
will not be charged oversized fees. Additionally, orders for local pickup must be
picked up within 14 days of the completion of production. If orders have not been
picked up after 14 days, we will ship the order to the address on file; standard
shipping and handling fees will apply.
• We are doing away with Cash on Delivery (COD) account terms. We have reached
out to all COD accounts to discuss this change. If you are a COD account and
have elected to not apply for open/net 30 terms, then we will automatically move
your account over to a Pay in Advance account.
• We have also further clarified our credit card payment terms. Please review these
terms on page TOS6.
• Lastly, we have revised our policy on order cancellations. Any orders that are
cancelled after they have gone into the system will carry with them a $50
cancellation fee. Order cancellations will not be accepted once production has
begun. If you are unsure of final sizes, colors, or other specifications, please
instruct customer service to enter a quote instead of an order.
