                                                                                                                            THE ROLE
               Assistant Managers (AMs) play a pivotal and critical role for Harrods and our ambition for our AMs is bold
               and clear, to be the most empowered and motivated people managers who display a genuine passion for
                 the customer and who understand that their primary mission is to drive sales and service performance
                                             through their teams of Retail super heroes.

              Day to day our AMs will be responsible for commercial and operational performance, customer experiences
              and welfare of their teams through strong people leadership, open communication, coaching and hands on
                                                       support on the shop floor.

              Assistant Managers report into a Sales Manager who will be there to support you to deliver our vision. The
              role of Assistant Manager (AM) has a team of Sales Associates and responsibility for people management,
                 (engagement, coaching, recognition, recruitment and development etc), operations and planning and
                                           supporting wider divisional teams and priorities.
