Jonathan Neufeld, CEO, TECTERRA Inc.
Jonathan Neufeld is a relationship-based leader, employing big-picture thinking and a proven
ability to translate ideas into action. He is a veteran of the geospatial industry, including
leading teams to deliver results – whether they are delivering programs to support SME
technology development projects or collecting airborne data internationally. Jonathan joined
TECTERRA in 2011 as the Technical Manager and in 2013 he took on the role of Director
of Commercialization Programs. In 2016 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer by the
TECTERRA Board of Directors. He has received a B.Sc in Geomatics Engineering, from the
University of Calgary, and an MBA through the Haskayne School of Business.

Brad Ashley, Sales Support Manager, Solv3D Inc.
Brad Ashley is the Vice President of the Alberta Society of Surveying and Mapping
Technologies, an organization who certifies technical professionals in the geospatial industry.
Brad has volunteered his time previously with several other geospatial organizations. During
his 9 years with the AGG, he was President of the organization for two years and started
an annual GIS Day event which grew to over 300 participants. Brad spent 6 years with the
GeoAlberta Conference Committee, during which he sat on the steering committee of for
four conferences and chaired the 2014 event which saw over 300 geomatics professionals
