Welcome Twitch has always been a global community, with streamers going live from around the world from day one. So, we’re so happy to finally say, “Welcome to TwitchCon Europe 2019.” For the past few weeks, we’ve been busy painting Berlin purple in preparation for our first TwitchCon in Europe, but now that you’re here, we can truly say Twitch has arrived. TwitchCon is a celebration of all the things that make Twitch special, so get ready to dive in and experience it all. From Meet & Greets with your favorite streamers, competitive tournaments, an Expo Hall full of activities and more, we want you to be a part of it all. FAQ What if I lose or find something? The Lost and Found is located at the Info Desk in the East Lobby of The CityCube. I’m hungry...? Concessions are available in the Expo Hall, and a variety of food trucks are located in the Biergarten and Kappa Lounge. What if I get hurt? First aid is located in the East Lobby in room O7. Can I take pictures? You are permitted to photograph, videotape, and otherwise record generally at TwitchCon (subject to TwitchCon rules). However, you are responsible for obtaining any required consents or permissions from any individuals present at TwitchCon, who are included or used in such photographs, videos or recordings. Where can I stream? Streaming is allowed in most areas of TwitchCon except for the Twitch Partner Zone. Please be respectful and follow our Community Guidelines when streaming. What if I need a translator? Simultaneous translation headsets will be distributed at distribution desks on Level 1, Hall A. Please return your headsets to one of the following locations: a distribution desk on Level 1, Hall A, or at the Info Desk on the Entrance Level, East Lobby.
Security Entry Security All attendees will be subject to bag search and security screening at all designated entry points. Please allow ample time to process through TwitchCon security. Bag Policy Attendees are allowed to bring in one bag with a maximum size of 45cm H x 33cm W x 18cm D (including backpacks). If you choose to bring a bag, it is subject to search during entry. Badge Rules Everyone must wear their official TwitchCon badge within all areas of TwitchCon and it must be visible at all times. Everyone must carry a valid form of photo ID or passport at all times. If your badge is lost or stolen, report it immediately to show management.
