February 27, 2019 www.us95nw.com WELCOME Thank you for attending the Open House for US 95 Northwest (US 95 NW) Corridor Improvements Project Phase 3C presented by the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT), in partnership with the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTCSNV), and in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). This freeway project will construct the following improvements: • Construct northbound US 95 to westbound CC 215 flyover • Construct southbound US 95 to eastbound CC 215 flyover • Construct eastbound CC 215 to southbound US 95 at grade ramp • Improve landscape and aesthetics Tonight’s public meeting will be held from 4 – 7 p.m. with a brief presentation by project representatives at 5:30 p.m. Audience members will have the opportunity to publicly comment after the presentation. Before and after the presentation, the meeting will be conducted as an open house to provide you with the opportunity to view the displays, receive answers from project staff and submit comments. Ways to Comment During this meeting and through March 15, 2019, your comments are welcome concerning the proposed construction project. You may submit your comments and any supporting exhibits for the public record in the following ways: • Make an audience comment following tonight’s presentation. Comments will be recorded. • Record a comment with the court reporter or fill out a comment form during tonight’s meeting and leave it with a project representative or drop it in the comment box. • Email your comments to Jenica.Keller@dot.nv.gov. Please reference the project in the subject line (US 95 Phase 3C). • Write a letter or mail in your completed comment form and any associated exhibits to: Nevada Department of Transportation C/O Jenica Keller, PE, Senior Project Manager 1263 S. C E N T E N N I A L B O W L US 95 NORTHWEST CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NDOT is working with the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Regional Transportation Commission of Southern ABOUT THE PROJECT Nevada (RTCSNV) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to improve U.S. 95 from Washington Avenue to Kyle Canyon Road in northwestern Las Vegas. The project is being completed in multiple phases in order to meet the most pressing traffic demands according to available funding.
