About Casey

Fountain Gate-Narre Warren CBD
At the northern heart of the City of Casey, Fountain Gate-Narre Warren CBD is strategically positioned in
Melbourne’s south east growth corridor. Long established as a major retail destination and civic centre,
the CBD has been identified as a Metropolitan Activity Centre (MAC) by the Victorian Government’s
Metropolitan Planning Strategy, Plan Melbourne. Four precincts combine to form the Fountain Gate-Narre
Warren CBD - civic and mixed use, retail core, business park and Narre Warren Village.

This rural junction is being used by regional traffic
moving between Casey and Cardinia.
An intersection with signals in place would link
future developments in Casey and provide a key
and safe access point in a rapidly growing area.

The intersection upgrade will:
