information of issues relating to Development Quality (Control), Structure and
Local Planning, Building Standards (Control), Transportation Planning, Roads
Maintenance, Public Transport and Traffic Management

Access Points.

and for no commercial or business purposes.
4. No first floor windows shall be installed in the
south western gable elevation of the garage without
the written approval of the Council.
5. Before any work starts on the garage, a plan
showing the proposed boundary treatment of the
enlarged garden shall be submitted for the written
approval of the Council. Thereafter the boundary
treatment shall be complete within 6 months of the
completion of the garage.
