16New York City (NYC) EV Charging Case Study
NYC awarded Envision a multi-year contract for EV ARC™ products:
• NYC is transitioning its entire fleet of city-owned vehicles to EVs
• Mid-2015, NYC purchased its first EV ARC™ unit
• March 2017, Envision was awarded 3-year contract with 1-year renewal
• June 2017, NYC made 3 purchase orders for EV ARC™ products totaling 36 units ($2.5M)
• Envision delivered all units in 2017 and Q1’18
• Currently delivering on a PO for another 50 units (Q2 2019)
Contributing factors for NYC to purchase the EV ARC™:
• NYC needed a grid independent EV charging solution to prevent the city’s fleet being grounded during a blackout or disaster
• EV ARC™ doesn’t impact NYC power grid -- emergency power panel available to first responders during a grid failure
• Significant cost savings: each EV ARC™ produces ~$80K of electricity vs. civil costs for grid-tied EV installations ~$2K* per linear foot of wiring
• Multiple uses: EV charging assets, disaster preparedness assets, back-up generators etc.

17Outfront Media Case Study
• EVSI signed an agreement in Nov. 2017 with Outfront Media (NYSE:OUT) to sell sponsorship and naming rights to networks of EV ARC™ products
• Targeted deployment across cities with NFL football teams -- EVSI will be paid 75% of the recurring revenues
• Sponsors pay for branding and Outfront leverages its national sales team and existing relationships to sell sponsorships
• Based on discussions with Outfront Media the Company believes that at least 150 units will be required for each city deployed
• Sponsorship programs will run 3 to 5 years -- Envision plans to retain ownership of the EV ARC™ units
• EVSI anticipates recovering manufacturing costs and generating gross profit (GP) in the first cycle
• Future cycles should have lower costs and improved GP margins
• San Diego has released the first RFP seeking solar powered, transportable EV chargers funded by branding (May 2019)
